Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. I hereby, acting freely, of my own will, and in my interest, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data” (as amended and supplemented), Federal Law No. 38-FZ, dated March 13, 2006, “On Advertising” (as amended and supplemented), give my consent to the processing of my personal data to SEARCHBOOSTER LLC, a company formed under the laws of the Russian Federation with its registered office at 4, bld. 3, Rubtsovskaya Emb., Moscow (hereinafter — the Company), which I provide when registering and/or leaving a request for an offer by filling out a web form on the Company’s website searchbooster.io

Personal data shall refer to any information relating to me as the data subject, including, the last name, first name, patronymic, passport details, date and place of birth, address of residence, contact details (home, mobile, business phone numbers, e-mail address), marital, social, property status, education, profession, other personal data that will become known in the execution of contracts (in case of contracts between me and the Company), as well as other publicly available information about me. 

2. I agree that for the processing of personal data the Company shall have the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, analyze, use, extract, distribute, and transfer to any other third parties (including, but not limited to, insurance organizations; servers’ owners; banking and other credit organizations; organizations providing communication services, text messaging, any other types of mailings and notifications; organizations providing services for conducting various surveys and research, etc.), to receive, process, store, clarify (update, change), depersonalize, block, delete, destruct my personal data by maintaining databases in an automated, mechanical, manual ways for the following purposes: 

a. maintaining and updating the client base; b. obtaining and researching statistical data on sales volumes and the quality of services provided; c. conducting marketing programs; d. conducting surveys and studies aimed at identifying User satisfaction/dissatisfaction, constantly improving the level of services provided; e. informing me about the services offered by the Company, bonus events, promotions, etc.; f. advertising and otherwise promoting products and services on the market through direct contacts with me and other consumers; g. technical support in the processing of information, documentation, and personal data with and without automation tools. 

3. I agree to receive advertisements and allow the Company to send me text messages, as well as other types of mailings and notifications, including those of an advertising nature, by any means of communication. 

4. I agree and authorize the Company to combine the personal data into the personal data information system and process my personal data, with or without the use of automation tools, as well as other software specially developed on behalf of the Company. The personal data information systems shall be handled according to the procedure as designated by the Company (collecting, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, blocking, destruction, etc.). The processing methods shall be, including but not 

limited to: automatic verification of postal codes with the code base, automatic spell check of street names, settlements, automatic validity check of VIN, clarification of data with me (by mail, e-mail, telephone (including mobile), fax, Internet), segmentation of the information base by specified criteria, periodic contacts with me by telephone (including mobile), by e-mail or the Internet. 

5. I am hereby notified by the Company that the intended users of personal data shall be employees of the Company (as well as persons engaged under a civil law contract). 

6. I acknowledge that this consent shall be valid until revoked by sending a notice to the e-mail address market@pavlinteam.ru. If I revoke my consent to the processing of personal data, the Company shall be entitled to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in Article 6, Paragraph 1, Clauses 2–11, Article 10, Paragraph 2, and Article 11, Paragraph 2 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data.” 

8. This Consent is recognized by me and the Company as my written consent to the processing of my personal data and the receipt of advertising, given in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ, dated March 13, 2006, “On Advertising.” 

9. I hereby confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided, and I also confirm the accuracy of the data provided. 

10. I acknowledge that by registering and/or leaving a request for an offer, and/or subscribing to receive promotional information on the Website, I provide my written consent to the terms provided herein.
