SearchBooster.io is a SaaS, a smart product search system for online stores that’ll help your business significantly increase customer satisfaction, conversion rate, and sales.
What the service does:
- optimizing user requests. SearchBooster.io corrects typos, switches keyboard layouts, recognizes transliteration, and accounts for morphology when searching;
- generating dynamic filters. The user can select the necessary product properties. The service then automatically generates filters and displays them;
- adapting to regions. If your online store operates in several regions (countries), then you can add separate feeds for each. This way, users will be shown different products and prices;
- recording information about which product interested the user most. The search engine automatically outputs the best suggestions for each user;
- searching by image. This feature is especially convenient for phone users.

Responsibilities:
- searching for customers to call;
- processing incoming leads to the service;
- calling customers and demonstrating products;
- recording questions, forwarding questions to the support team;
- answering clients’ questions;
- preparing and signing contracts with clients;
- invoicing the clients.
Requirements:
- mandatory experience in cold sales;
- experience in software or SaaS sales and in using AMOCRM is welcomed;
- excellent communication skills;
- Excel and PowerPoint skills.
